Returns

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused and uninstalled products in original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Installed or used products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist in resolving the issue.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
