Order Processing & Fulfillment

Please allow up to 5 business days for standard orders to be processed, fulfilled, and shipped.

Orders are processed during normal business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email when available.


Inventory & Product Availability

Fin Gear reserves the right to not track live inventory levels on certain products listed on our website.

Because of this, some items may occasionally require additional lead time before shipment.


Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Certain products — especially customized, modified, or specialty orders — are made upon receipt of order.

These products may require additional production and fulfillment time beyond the standard 5 business day processing window.
